1/3 - @RoyalMail Iโve 2 parcels in your system 1 - was collected on SEPTEMBER 21st - Still not delivered to our customer who is absolutely furious. The 2nd parcel collected on September 23rd out for delivery on 24th now to add to the insult to according to tracking
2/3 - ROYAL MAIL ARE REFUSING to deliver it WHY. Come on sort the system out. Iโve ยฃ110 in two orders with you and itโs absolutely not on. This is meant to be a great service. A snail could do a better job. If the customer takes there business elsewhere
