I'm a huge fan of #AHPs and found this great site about the use of Occupational Therapists in emergency departments. Good poster too on reducing admissions and preventing unsafe discharges.

From today, I and many other Staff Grade & Senior OTs in Ireland will be removed off a national recruitment panel that we interviewed for in 2016, meaning that we won’t have the opp. to apply for HSE permanent jobs. There is no plan to reinstate a new panel (not that we want it)
Next up, the Improving Patient Experience Award, to recognise someone who has made a real difference to the experience of our patients - congratulations to Paula Almeida! 🏆 #WhitAwards
