HAPPY BIRTHDAY SIR IAN MCKELLEN 🎂
Born on 25 May 1939, Sir Ian publicly came out as gay in 1988 during a BBC Radio discussion protesting the UK government’s anti-LGBTQ+ Section 28 legislation. Today is his 87th birthday 🎉
IDAHOBIT is a global moment of solidarity for LGBTQIA+ communities, raising awareness of the discrimination queer people continue to face.
This year feels especially important amid the continued rise in homophobic and transphobic rhetoric.

❤️ World AIDS Day — December 1st ❤️
Today, we pause. We remember.
World AIDS Day is a moment to honour every life touched by HIV and to hold close the memory of those we have lost far too soon. Their stories, their strength, and their love continue to shape our communities in ways that can never be forgotten.
We light candles for them.
We speak their names.
We celebrate the joy they brought into the world, and we acknowledge the pain of their absence.
But today is also a day of hope.
A day to recognise how far we’ve come, to uplift those living with HIV, and to recommit ourselves to compassion, understanding, and the fight to end stigma.
To everyone we’ve lost — you are never forgotten.
To everyone living with HIV today — you are valued, loved, and supported.
Together, we remember.
Together, we stand.
Together, we continue the journey toward a future free from stigma and full of dignity for all. 🕯️❤️
A huge thank you to everyone who took part in the RED RUN for us! 🏃
The donations raised will go to support our vital work, helping end new HIV cases, tackling stigma and supporting people living with HIV.
If you've not donated yet, there's still time.
