Today I had the opportunity to engage with GGYA in a meaningful activity where we created voter cards, highlighting an important first step in participating in the electoral process.
The Opening of Parliament 2026 was a proud and historic ceremony filled with tradition, unity, and national pride as the country officially marked the beginning of a new parliamentary term.
The ladies of Englerston truly showed out in full support of our MP, Glenys Hanna Martin.
PoV: only me have nurse! 😂💙
I appreciate you, Nurse Armbrister. You’ve gotten me through some hard times, been there through the late nights, and always showed up when I needed support the most.
PoV: Only me have auntie as a nurse! 😂💙
I appreciate you, Nurse Wilson! Being there in the painful times, reminding me to stay hydrated, enduring the long hours and late nights, and still showing up with care and love every single time.
Yesterday, I brought along a brand new iPad Mini to gift to a young person who truly stood out, not just for participating, but for engaging.
This young lady did exactly that.
Congratulations to you. Keep that spirit. The future belongs to voices like yours.

I am proud to support Esther V. Louis, Miss Teen Innovative Pioneer, whose platform Faith Through Dance continues to inspire and uplift.

Do well, Esther. You will make your community proud!
Breaking generational chains isn’t easy.
It means thinking differently, moving differently, and sometimes standing alone.
But somebody has to be the one to change the story.
Why not you?

At AgriExpo, I indulged in some fresh coconut water with pulp and a refreshing watermelon switcha from Da Okra Orchard.
Moments like these remind us why we must support our local producers first. Fresh, authentic, and proudly Bahamian. #bahamiantiktok#AgriExpo2026#Bahamas
Spent some time at the 2026 AgriExpo at Gladstone Road Farmers Market and it was a great experience. Conversations like the one I had with Mr. Smith of Andros Crab Farm remind me why supporting our local farmers and producers is so important 🇧🇸
Today, I had the pleasure of supporting my dear friend, Climate Change Ambassador Ryan Munnings, in his continued efforts to raise awareness on climate action and youth development. I proudly served as a judge for the opening sitting of his speech competition.
SO SAID, SO DONE.
The produce purchased from various schools has now been transformed into Organic Easter Baskets for the season.
Special thanks to Poll Captain Charisma for taking the lead on distribution and ensuring these baskets reach those who need them most.
The Englerston Grocers Co-Operative is creating real opportunities for Bahamian farmers and product suppliers to grow, earn, and serve their people.
If you’re a farmer or supplier, this is your chance to be part of something meaningful and sustainable.
