And honestly, maybe I have changed—but not in the way you think.

There was a time I chased people, explained myself endlessly, and made myself smaller just to keep others comfortable.

Then life taught me something:

Growth requires movement.

I stopped chasing.
I stopped over-explaining.
I became selective with my time, my energy, and my relationships.

And suddenly, people said, “You’ve changed.”

But I didn’t change.

I am revolving.

The earth revolves and remains the earth.

3. Anxiety is a signal to pray, not a permission slip to panic.

Philippians 4:6 says to make your requests known with thanksgiving. Why? Because thanking God for what He has done reminds your anxiety of His track record.

Your history with God is proof your future is secure.
