@upstox It took you more than 2 hours to post this? Wasted my whole afternoon in a panic trying to figure out why my active account was suddenly being closed. This is no way to handle a mistake that plays with someones peace of mind. Do better.
Highly disappointed @upstox Got a random "Freeze of account" email today which sent me into an absolute panic, just to be told later it was a "glitch". When people trust you with their funds, these kinds of system errors are unacceptable. Fix your automated emails @UpstoxSupport
