We already pay $17k per year to educate a pupil from our tax dollars. Why the hell do we have to pay for their low grade lunch when they are there. It keeps their minds malleable for woke bullshit.
A scam all around.
On top of this, I pay for catholic school for all three kids to avoid the garbage education they would receive in these brainwashing institutions.
@markeatsmeat Most cheap packaged EVOO is fake and cut with mostly seed oil so plausible deniability is inevitable. Peanut oil is not on the list. Great intentions, easy to game intentionally and unintentionally.
Carb addiction is real and I didn’t realize how bad I was affected after 2 ½ years of strict carnivore, with phases of eating cheese.
For the past two weeks I had many personal challenges and have veered completely away from carnivore. Now I feel like a living experiment on the SAD diet that I feel like I knew better to avoid.
Here’s what I learned:
- I now have many body aches and tightness that I didn’t know existed.
- Old injuries are coming back and new ones just linger, healing seems to have stopped.
- Passing out after meals is a real thing.
- Mornings suck. It takes a while for my body to get moving. I should check my blood sugar, haven’t done this in years.
- My belly is constantly growling, struggling to digest whatever is in there
- Pooping is awful, how do people deal with this? I feel like I’m developing IBS
- Depression seems to be developing in ways I haven’t felt in years
- Belly fat is retuning, my shirts feel shorter. Opposite prep for summer than I had intended.
- Brain fog is setting in, I am more forgetful and processing seems harder
Not all bad news, here’s a list of positive changes:
- People say I look better, my face filled out. I guess roundness is good?
- Eating the same food as everyone else is a bit more fun on dates with my wife and with groups
- Eating less meat can save some money but I may be spending more on ice cream lately
Any one else go through this and anyone have advice on how to get back on track?
Carnivore will change your life in many more ways, give it 90 days. Up the fats to fix any constipation issues, it’s your optimal energy source anyways. Weight loss is far from the only benefit.
If you sunburn, watch this get much better in your first summer on carnivore. That’s a clear sign something real is happening. I went from being red like my profile pic each year to just getting nice and brown each summer with no cancer causing sunscreens and many hours in the tropical sun.
@DerrickEvans4WV Stick with just salt but use a good sale like Redmond’s or Baja Gold. Seasonings will stop you from properly adapting but o each their own.
