A lot of people are looking for jobs the traditional way.

Applying.
Waiting.
Applying again.
Waiting again.

But one thing that has worked for me repeatedly is this:

Using platforms like
Produnct Hunt and
G2
to find startups and pitch my services directly.

These are not job sites.

They’re platforms where startups, SaaS companies, AI tools, and software products are listed.

Here’s how it works:

You already know your skill.

Maybe you’re:

- an AI automation specialist
- a chatbot builder
- a website designer
- an SEO writer
- a social media manager
- a copywriter
- a developer

Go on Product Hunt or G2.

Don’t only look at the popular companies.

Look for:

- newly launched startups
- bootstrapped startups
- early-stage SaaS tools
- companies still growing

Then go to their website.

Look for problems.

For example:

I’m into AI automation and chatbot building.

So when I visit a startup website and notice:

- no chatbot
- poor lead capture
- weak onboarding
- no automation
- slow customer support

I immediately know there’s an opportunity.

I’ll reach out directly to the founder and say something like:

“Hey, I noticed your website currently doesn’t have a chatbot or automated onboarding flow. You might be losing potential customers who leave without getting answers quickly. I build AI chatbots that help businesses capture and convert visitors automatically…”

That starts the conversation.

And because I already have examples or past work, it becomes easier to close.

This same strategy works for almost every digital skill.

If you’re:

- a website designer → pitch redesign ideas
- an SEO writer → show them ranking opportunities
- a social media manager → point out weak content
- a UI/UX designer → suggest UX improvements
- a copywriter → rewrite a weak landing page headline

That what makes it unique, You’re not begging for jobs.

You’re solving problems.

And trust me this works 💯

I personally use this method a lot.

If I needed money quickly or wanted to land clients fast, this is one of the first strategies I would use.

Most founders are busy.
Many know they have problems.
Few people actually reach out with solutions.

Be one of the few.

@FavourYusuf1 This is essentially what I do, whenever I want to use Claude for something it has not done before and I don’t know how to prompt, I gather real examples and tell it to study them. Then iterate from there .
