Not that I need to tell give negative feedback to staff often, but elongating the pause to create a significant silence so we all feel the weight of it is always more impactful that what I say.

The last two weeks of school seem to always be event after event with little time to breathe or for reflection. Feel like the SATs results being out later pushed so much back, reports, new classes, meet the teacher events and therefore everything else
@MarcusLuther6 I have no idea why the students getting out of their chair would make them learn better. Is this a return to brain gym? Or will it help the knowledge settle better in their toes?
