Hello tweetathons, I am forming an official STEM Academy hub from January 2022 @BrackleyAcademy to inspire all students including early years for those who would love to explore further into the world of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics. Share far and wide.
@whaleygeek @MrsMounsey@Bett_show@Frans_facts Thank you David. Yes here is a photo of one of my primary schools @MrsMounsey. I took six digital leaders to the BETT Show with a few other pupils engaging with micro:bits and robots :)
@ywcpsrec @YwcpsComputing @busythings This looks fab. Is Busythings nice to use? This will be fab for my STEM clubs and classes for my primary pupils :)
@Baggiepr @suesentance @shuchig Hi Phil, love your work :) Do you have any particular approach in forming new Year 6 digital leaders in ways of assessing their ability and real ambition to achieve digital classroom computing? I used your PRIMM worksheets couple of years ago.
@TeachButler It is useful to look up people in the public and education sector including CEO if you need to get in-touch. Once you have good profile, LinkedIn will assume you are looking for jobs as you will receive so many suggestions and sign posts.
@bekblayton@CarltonLodge1@MrKirbyCC Super. Our KS2 are up in Norfolk visiting Kingswood camp residential this week having fab time abseiling, aeroball and low rope courses and visiting the beach in the sunshine :)
@WyvilPrimary@EdibleLambeth@Psqm_HQ Super. My KS1 are working on their Scented Garden topic this term making and planting flowers, watering outside and Year 1 making artificial tropical flowers with compost :)
@bekblayton Yes me too but still have these class bubbles that is frustrating and pupils cannot socially interact with other year groups. Having to sanitise every time takes up learning time and waiting for parents to collect etc..
