@AirCanada You shouldn’t take our money and run the flights if you can’t complete the service and get our bags to us when we arrive. Flight from LHR landed in Pearson almost 3 hours ago and still no bags. What a joke.

@AirCanada Still no bags from AC855 from LHR at Pearson. Landed 14.58. Dublin flight AC801 lands at 16.09 yet their bags coming out. Where are our bags???

@TorontoPearson It’s a truly awful experience going through this once efficient airport. The filtering off flights is bad, the security lines real bad, the wait for bags is truly unbelievable (2 hours and still waiting). No more YYZ for me.
