@PatrickRCronin We weren't aware of any outage and none of our monitoring services indicated any issues. If you are getting an error from the software indicating it can't reach our server, you may be using an older OS that is no longer supported. As of 2020 our min specs are Win10 & macOS 10.11

@StevenCheah For the record, the grade system is based on 1QB,2RB,2WR,1TE,1K,1DST where points r evenly distributed between starters. Also factors in a "backup". General premise of grade takes the rank of ur player relative to others (if you take the #1 ranked QB, u get an "A+" for the pos).
