@OlaElectric, pathetic service. No one is receiving calls, proudly said that the team is on leave and will deliver the scooter once they are back, if needed travel to the service center and ride it back.

@OlaElectric I’m on Care+ plan. Scooter picked up on May 21 & fixed next day. Still no delivery. Support says RSA is on leave, no ETA.
When I asked for a written assurance, they refused.
This is harassment and cheating.
I demand immediate delivery.
