In light of the “Uno Out” controversy, I should clarify a hotly debated rule:

In “Too Many Monkeys,” you do NOT need to say “It’s cookie time!” when playing Wild cards. That’s just one of those #FakeHouseRules. The official rules say that ANY player may have cookies at ANY time.
