Impregnator Gragas build order guide 13.19

Disclaimer: This build is not rly viable in ranked because you want a very specific team comp and on top of that you have to play support Gragas and get a ridiculous amount of gold to buy expensive AD items. Although the first half of the build is actually very good and gets you to about 110 ability haste.

So because of these limitations I played it in a 5 man premade normal game live on stream and purposely stalled the game until 40 minutes so i could get to the point of perma CC.

The idea of this build is simply to just get the the most ability haste possible. This might not be possible anymore in the future because of ability haste changes / mythic removal.

The only reason this works is because Gragas E gets reduced by 3 seconds FLAT when you hit something.
on top of that Gragas E is a 1 second stun so if you can get your E under 4 seconds CD you can perma CC

Here is the optimal setup for the MOST ability haste possible.

You need to:
- Have an Ornn in your team that can upgrade your mythic to get an extra 5 ability haste.
- Have a teammate that can apply Staff of Flowing Water on you consistently (Ivern jg is very good)
- Give the first 2 dragons and hope its Hextech Soul
Then get all 4 Hextech Dragons for an extra 30 ability haste
- Farm until you get the support "farming pentalty"
- Get fed with good AP CDR items for the first half of the game👍
- Stall the game untill you can "impregnate" all enemies.

Runes:
Transendence + Ability haste shard are the only ones that rly matter. Manaflow band + Biscuit delivery is also very good👍

Buildpath:

- Start
Spellthief's Edge for AP & mana regen

- Ionian Boots
for cheap early ability haste (sell them later)

- Cosmic drive
for most AP and snowball potential

- Shurelya's Battlesong
for the cheapest ability haste + mana regen. Technically night harvester gives 5 ability haste more, but also costs 900 gold more & has no mana regen.

- Vigilant Wardstone
You can only buy Vigilant Wardstone when your Support item is completed. This item is completely insane and increases your ability haste by 20% which is ridiculous. This item alone gives about 65 ability haste in the final build.

- Black Cleaver
This item gives 30 ability haste, big number very good👍

- Sell support item😭

- Spear of Shojin
This item gives 20 ability haste + around 8 on ur E (a little more when ur build)

- Sell Boots👢😢

- Chempunk Chainsword
This item gives 25 ability haste, big number but not as big as Black Cleaver. Also the AD increases ur Spear of Shojin AH by a little.
