Banks lent more to the government than to the private sector as of Q3 2025 (the latest numbers released by the FGN budget office)
The banks will always prioritise lending to the government, leading to a crowding-out effect.
More importantly, only the private sector can create jobs.
We beat world champions
We beat champions of England
We beat FA cup champions
We beat Carabao cup champions
And you think we can't beat "Champions of Nothing"?
The first time the word worship appears in Scripture, there is no music, no choir, no instrument.
It is Abraham.
“And Abraham said… Stay here with the donkey; the lad and I will go yonder and worship”
and the worship was a journey to Moriah, carrying Isaac.
This establishes the biblical frame for worship.
Worship, before it ever became sound, was posture.
Abraham worshipped by:
Obedience – he went where God pointed
Alignment – he agreed with God’s word even when it cost him
Surrender – he laid down what was most precious
Faith – he believed God beyond understanding
No song.
No atmosphere.
No encouragement.
Just posture.
Worship was not what Abraham sang; it was how he stood before God.
From that moment onward, Scripture teaches us that worship is first a stance, then a sound.
People stood in reverence.
They knelt in surrender.
They lifted hands in dependence.
They fell on their faces in awe.
Each posture preached before any melody followed.
This tells us something crucial:
God responds to alignment before expression.
You can sing loudly and still miss worship.
You can be silent and yet fully worshipping.
True worship is when the heart bows, the will yields, and the body agrees.
Before the song rises, let posture speak.
That is worship.
We have placed enormous concern on the health of our people, and that is why my administration has continued to invest most in healthcare services across the State. From Primary Healthcare to Specialist Healthcare, we have consistently advanced access, quality, and outcomes, ensuring that our citizens receive care that meets modern standards and responds to their needs.
While signing the Joint Venture (JV) Partnership Agreement between the Imo State Government, Hearthland Hospital Management Corporation Limited (HHMCL), Prostate Clinic Limited, and IDCL Limited for the establishment of a Robotic Surgical Center in Imo State, I noted that we will continue to leverage private-sector investment to strengthen healthcare delivery.
This partnership reflects our commitment to innovation, sustainability, and excellence in service provision. The Center will introduce technology-based medical services, particularly in specialized surgery, including minimally invasive procedures using the Da Vinci Robotic Systems - globally recognized for enhanced precision and reduced patient recovery time.
Under the JV, HHMCL will steer hospital administration and clinical service coordination, while Prostate Clinic Limited and IDCL Limited will oversee technical components such as infrastructure development, robotic equipment acquisition, system installation, and ongoing specialist support.
As a Government, we will do all within our capacity and within the terms of the JV to ensure its success in the overriding interest of our people.

Replication of world tech economy in Imo State is not just a policy idea but a deliberate action plan to position our dear State for the globally competitive tech market; we are not merely talking, we are matching vision with action.
In furtherance of this, we are supplementing the Skill-Up Imo project with the Founder Dojo Imo Bootcamp - a free, high-impact startup development program hosted by the Imo Digital City in partnership with Global Innovation Dojo/USMAC and the Berkeley Sutardja Center.
While flagging off the program, I emphasized its strong mentorship component, driven by experienced Silicon Valley founders, designed to develop world-class entrepreneurs through hands-on learning.
Participants gain global exposure, access to advanced tech and business guidance, and opportunities for funding and Silicon Valley immersion. I encourage Ndi Imo, especially ambitious talents and innovators, to key into this initiative as we collectively build a resilient, tech-driven State.

In my heart I knew I’m too old.
I knew I’d been out too long.
That’s why I had to do it.
To face fear. I can’t live scared. I have to know I faced it.
I lost fair and square.

existential clarification: there’s no such thing as a predetermined ugly person. i just simply don’t buy the metaphysics of it. ugly was never “facial asymmetry or un-giftedness”—it is the outward reflection of a putrid and unrefined inner spirit. a “sinful” spirit, if you will. it’s the detritus build-up that accrues from not having cultivated the virtues that in turn sucks and clogs one’s inner light from shining through. and thus you feel someone to be “ugly.” even if you’re facially un-gifted, never would anyone’s first inclination be to blurt out bluntly you’re ugly if you had truly refined yourself physically, spiritually, mentally. or, in other words, you had put God first. a person who emits love can never be ugly. it’s just not possible. not a coincidence it is that the first definition of ugly in the Oxford dictionary starts with: unpleasant or repulsive. it is a matter of character. those who label you ugly solely based on appearance themselves ironically are lacking in virtue, and themselves in that respect are ugly. it’s only the ugly that label others ugly. think about it.
i have no desire to be rich so i can buy a lambo or birkins.
I want to be rich so I can control my time and go to the gym at 2 pm on a wednesday.
sit at a cafe and relax for an hour on a rainy afternoon.
so I can cook meals at home with fresh ingredients.
spend on my family and friends without worrying about a budget.
that’s my idea of a rich life, not the fake consumerist idea shoved down my throat.
cosmic law: the bigger your blessing, the more you will have to suffer. full-stop. the size of your burden will be directly proportional to the collective mass of your blessings. never lament nor protest not having more, because, if you’re not ready, you will regret it. the responsibility will crush you. those chosen are the closest to God (the supreme blessing), yes, but they suffer such a holy suffering you’d cower if you glanced a mere hundredth of it. Abraham. Moses. Jesus. you believe you could come close to these divine agents? yet, yet, my fellow being… i am daring enough to say i believe you can. welcome into your life as much suffering as your shoulders are wide. it’ll bless you. people will see it in you, i swear. and if you don’t get close to these divine agents, you will get close ENOUGH, and will be granted heaven.
Not that this will accomplish anything, since you people hit the "off" switch inside your brains once your religion is mentioned, but for the benefit of the roughly 9 teachable people left in Nigerja, here is what is REALLY happening around you:
1. China is winning the economic war with the US, and the US is aware that it can no longer compete industrially with China, which is already a larger economy than the US in PPP terms. The only reason the US economy is still nominally larger is that the US dollar remains wildly overvalued due to its use as the global reserve currency.
2. The rise of BRICS means that the end of the US dollar as global reserve currency is coming. Once that happens, the US economy will implode, because it is built on exporting USD and importing the world's productivity. Without the overvalued USD as an imperial tool for controlling and extracting from the rest of the planet, the US will basically become Brazil with nuclear warheads.
3. The Trump administration knows this, which is why it has gone into full imperial mode, renaming the DoD to "Department of War," and preparing to deploy the US military across Latin America as part of its 'Monroe Doctrine.' The idea is to secure land, resources, and spheres of influence to compete with China and Russia, since it is no longer the unilateral superpower.
4. In this new multipolar world whose birth you are witnessing, there will be 3 or 4 great powers instead of just one, and all of them will compete and jostle for influence and access to resources. That is what you are witnessing playing out in Nepal, Bangladesh, the Sahel, the Middle East, Venezuela, and many other places. Yes, there are local factors, but everything exists in this wider context of a world being reshaped in front of our eyes.
5. During this reshaping of the world, Africa - the only continent with a majority of its states professing 'nonalignment' with any great power - is the biggest prize that is up for grabs. All of tomorrow's technology, which guarantees economic and military supremacy is built on resources found in DR Congo, Northern Nigeria, Mali, Niger, Burkina Faso, Chad, Sudan and Somalia. (What unique security situation do all these places have in common?)
6.During this reshaping, "international institutions" are debased and made irrelevant. Bibi Netanyahu has an ICC arrest warrant that nobody will honour, and the US government sanctioned the ICC for issuing the warrant, even locking the ICC Chief Prosecutor out of his email and bank accounts. The UN has officially declared Gaza to be a genocide - and nothing happened. And nothing will happen because these "institutions" no longer have of the teeth they once pretended to have.
7. This means that the days of one state cooking up a reason to invade or annex another state - something expressly forbidden since 1945 - are now back. And since Africa has what everybody wants, any great power is now free to deploy a geopolitical meme ("Christian Genocide in Nigeria") and use it to justify invasion to take what it wants. In other words, colonialism is coming back - not IMF/World Bank, suit-wearing, conference-attending, Business-English-speaking, polite neo-colonialism, but open, obvious colonial theft and thuggery. This is not decades away - it is a few years away at the most.
8. Russia considers Europe to be its rightful sphere of influence and trade dominance. Hence it views European access to cheap African resources as a threat. Thus Russia is stepping in to provide military and infrastructure support for African states so that they can start to use their own resources for themselves and leave Europe dependent on Russia. Europe and the US see this as an existential threat, hence their proxy war in Ukraine and their new geopolitical meme ("Christian Genocide in Nigeria") to justify direct military occupation of West Africa.
9. No great power gives a single fuck about "Nigerian Christian genocide." All you are is a means to an end!
