दुबई से तेल अवीव जा रहे 'फ्लाई दुबई' के विमान में हुई चाकूबाजी की घटना से जुड़े नए अपडेट में भारतीय कनेक्शन भी सामने आया है. बताया जा रहा है कि जिस पायलट ने हमलावर को-पायलट का मुकाबला किया वह भारतीय था. दावा है कि कैप्टन का नाम स्मित मच्छर (Smit Machchhar) है, जो 2022 में फ्लाई दुबई से जुड़े थे. यह दावा इजरायली मीडिया 'YNet News' और 'Channel 12' की रिपोर्ट में किया गया है. इसके अलावा को-पायलट ओमान का शहरी बताया जा रहा है.

कौन हैं स्मित मच्छर?
स्मित इससे पहले स्पाइसजेट में पायलट रह चुके हैं. वह जून 2022 में फ्लाई दुबई से जुड़े और उन्हें डायरेक्ट-एंट्री कैप्टन बनाया गया. उनके प्रोफेशनल प्रोफाइल के मुताबिक, उन्हें कमर्शियल विमान उड़ाने का 13 साल से ज्यादा का अनुभव है. उन्होंने बोइंग 737 विमानों पर करीब 9750 घंटे उड़ान भरी है. स्पाइसजेट में उन्होंने 11 साल से ज्यादा समय तक काम किया. वहां वह सीनियर कमांडर और लाइन ट्रेनिंग कैप्टन भी रहे. उनके पास 6400 घंटे से ज्यादा विमान उड़ाने का अनुभव बताया जा रहा है.

ओमान वाले पायलट को लेकर चल रही जांच
जबकि ओमान वाले को-पायलट को लेकर कई तरह संदेह हैं. इजरायली अफसर इस बात की जांच कर रहे हैं कि कहीं ओमान के पायलट के पास दोहरी नागरिकता थी, जिसकी वजह से उसे इजरायल जाने वाले विमान में सवार होने की इजाजत मिली. उसने एयरलाइन के लिए एक साल से भी कम समय तक काम किया है.

क्या है पूरा मामला?
दुबई से तेल-अवीव जा रहे 'फ्लाई दुबई' के विमान में उस समय हड़कंप मच गया, जब बुधवार को कॉकपिट में कैप्टन और को-पायलट के बीच हिंसक झड़प हो गई. आरोप है कि को-पायलट ने कैप्टन पर चाकू से हमला किया, जिससे वह खून से लथपथ हो गए. घटना के बाद विमान को सऊदी अरब के तबूक की तरफ मोड़ दिया गया, जहां उसकी इमरजेंसी लैंडिंग कराई गई. विमान में करीब 180 यात्री और क्रू मेंबर सवार थे. फ्लाइ दुबई ने बताया कि विमान में मौजूद सभी यात्री और क्रू महफूज हैं और कंपनी मामले की जांच में अधिकारियों के साथ सहयोग कर रही है. घटना में कब-क्या हुआ, पूरी खबर पढ़ने के लिए यहां क्लिक करें
