@IndianEmbRiyadh My final exit has been pending for over 45 days after NOC approval. I was repeatedly assured it would be issued within a week, but only excuses and delays followed. Others in the same situation received their exit within a week.

I then made the payment through my friend's Al Rajhi Bank application. I have the payment receipt, which clearly shows both the SADAD number and reference number.
