The antergonism of the due processes in our nation judiciary lies on the freedom and the dependency of the 3rd estate of the realm. When the judges hands are tied, the rules that regulates the juduciary system become redundant. Justice Binta Nnyako who presided over the MNK's case in the Appeal Court of Abuja can be cited as a typical example. Even when she recuses herself from the matter, yet the FGN forced her to continue contrarily to her wishes. Where are the judges that aquitted and discharged MNK in 2024 ? All gone , transferred and demoted for staying the course of truth. A currupt system is to be blamed and not the appilication. The release of #MNK lies in the hand of the British Government. Even Tinubu's right to politically pardon MNK is not going to be possible without the consent of the British Royal King.
