I understand that some service wires were cut off by the TGSPDCL. But nothing in my area. My neighbour's internet is working fine.

@JioCare@JioCare@reliancejio - IT'S BEEN *9* DAYS. How much more time do you guys need? It's probably just a 10-15 min job, but neither your customer service or service technicians seem interested in providing any service.
Also, are you going to provide a refund for these 9 days?

They stick you with 3-6 months plans and provide such poor service. BO INTERNET SERVICE OR ANY SUPPORT FOR 9 DAYS NOW!
