Mikel Arteta has always made it clear: he wants players who are WILLING and READY to play for Arsenal. If a player has doubts or needs too much convincing, move on.

We begged Vinícius Jr. before, and he chose elsewhere. Now we’re reportedly doing the same with Álvarez as if he’s PRIME MESSI. 😭

If Álvarez eventually joins Arsenal while dreaming of Barcelona, what happens when Barcelona come calling again?

At this point, I honestly have no idea what position Riccardo Calafiori is playing anymore! 😂

One minute he’s defending, the next he’s stepping into midfield, and somehow he ends up in attacking positions. I wouldn’t even be surprised if Arteta asked him to play No. 9 tomorrow. 😭

The crazy part? He looks completely comfortable doing all of it.

Defender? ✅
Midfielder? ✅
Ball carrier? ✅
Final-third creator? ✅
Making runs into the box? ✅

Arteta might have secretly created a football cheat code. 🤣

Calafiori gives Arsenal the freedom to change their shape without even making a substitution. He can start as a defender and suddenly become an extra midfielder or attacking option depending on what the game demands.

At this point, I’ve stopped trying to figure out his position.

Centre-back? Full-back? Midfielder? Winger? Striker?

Whatever Arteta tells him to play, I genuinely believe Calafiori will just nod and get on with it. 😂🔴⚪️

🔥 GYÖKERES & MARTINELLI HAVE A FIGHT ON THEIR HANDS

At this point, I honestly have to feel for Viktor Gyökeres and Gabriel Martinelli.

Arsenal cruised to a comfortable 3-0 victory over Coventry, yet neither player featured. Gyökeres watched from the bench, while Martinelli didn't even make the match-day squad.

Arteta started Kai Havertz at No.9 and Christos Tzolis on the left — and considering how well they performed, you can understand the decision.

But I can't help wondering what Gyökeres and Martinelli are thinking right now.

For Gyökeres, being an unused substitute in a game Arsenal controlled must be frustrating. He arrived with huge expectations, yet Havertz got the nod ahead of him.

Martinelli's situation is even more concerning. He wasn't even involved.

But honestly, this is what healthy competition looks like. Nobody should have a guaranteed starting spot because of their reputation or price tag.

If Havertz and Tzolis are performing, Gyökeres and Martinelli have to respond.

It might hurt now, but if everyone raises their level, Arsenal become stronger for it. 🔴⚪️
