The video allegedly shows a TTE issuing a ticket and taking the passenger’s payment via a personal UPI account.

We are NOT making any accusation without an official inquiry.

But the question is simple:

👉 Is a railway employee officially permitted to collect ticket payments through a personal UPI account?

If this video is genuine, transparency demands answers.
