When I got up from my seat found that something sticky was there on the seat and my pant got spoiled.

@IRCTCofficial @RailwaySeva I am traveling in Bikaner sealdah Duronto in coach B5, seat no 36, pnr no.2543976366, Pantry guy took my order around 8:00 PM. He didn't deliver the dinner. Then after asking around 9:45 PM, he said he mistakenly noted wrong seat no. 1/2

2/2 He will be back in with my food in 10 minutes. Even after 10:45 when my food wasn't delivered I reached out to the manager who then asked me to wait for 10 more minutes
