@1mgOfficial@tata1mg In the DM I was told that I will receive a reply within an hour. On chat I was told I will receive an update within the 24 hours.
It's more than 48 hours, that I had a fake delivery & no one is bothered other than sending an automated reply.
recieves 10 calls to place an order but when the delivery is wrong, there is no way to contact on call but to reach out thru slow chat system multiple times to only speak with an assistant or robot.
I ordered 3 medicines but received one which is not my medicine. @1mgOfficial
In the days of quick delivery which @1mgOfficial is also into, wrong items delivered in few hours but issue resolution takes 48 hours. Bcz in INDIA customer service is null & void but only restaurants takes it seriously bcz they charges for it.
Noone cares about it

Now your response will be send order id & etc. spend an hour to book, wait for 3 hour when it was promised to be delivered in 1 hour. Now wait to connect with support for 5 hour & then wait for 3 days to receive correct medicine @1mgOfficial#shame

All these so called startup, 10 mins delivery all are gonna mess up the market & go away in a few years as byjus has lost its existence. I am fed up & devastated as I expected well from them & wished to be great when they are just mediocre products.

It's a lie that you were unable to find any delivery partner in an area like silk board in Bangalore for more than 90 mins. Wasted my time, the food that you show fake care for. Shame on you @zomatocare failed to assign a delivery partner, support executive & provide food.
Ordered from 2km away at 8:20pm & now it's 9:45pm & no delivery partner assigned. @zomatocare stopped replying. Food is ready but it's already cold. Don't want to cancel as have no cooking arrangements at home. As I m not a @zomato gold customer anymore, I don't exist for them
