Entire road was empty and there was no traffic blockage. Why would you need to cut challan?

My residence is changed but rental agreement is not accepted as POA by SBI and no one care to clearly explain the alternative. I have been chasing SBI Card CS for renewed card delivery, but it's been 1 month now and still card is not delivered

I would rather close the account, if there are too much hassles. There are many free of cost credit card in the market.

Nobody seems to care in resolving the issues and take action as per committed timelines from SBI.
There are already on going email chain, no resolution or update yet.
Check the emails for service ticket and email dates since when this is going on. This is how your customer service team works, by not responding to emails for weeks. @SBICard_Connect

how can you claim that your auto deduction is justified, even if that's authorised 2 months back for trial purposes.
@ETMONEY I have been mischievously charged Rs 747 that too for 3 month for Genie Membership on 30th Oct without prior notice/reminder for deduction.

And your CS keeps replying the same thing again and again that reminders are send 1 week before (without sharing exact date and time details) and that it was my fault I have not cancelled the membership, so now it will not be refunded.

Anyone who is using ETMoney, I strongly suggest to DISABLE AUTO-DEBIT Facility IMMEDIATELY, else you will end up into this same trap of false deduction without prior notice.
I am not neither getting required resolution, nor the details of escalations department for escalations.
@ETMONEY Just because you are not getting genuine subscription, you are abusing authorisation given (for SIP) but you can play with customer ONLY ONCE.
Do note you will loose customer forever due to such unethical malpractices.
