@standardchester It's gonna get a whole lot worse when the clockwise diversion around town starts on the 16th of Nov and the traffic hits the bars roundabout, has the council even considered this!

@CheshireLive Town is dead, it was dying before Covid, why sit in a traffic jam then pay for parking or lug heavy bags of shopping onto a park and ride bus. No wonder cheshire oaks has built more and more free parking it's thriving while chester city center dies!

@CheshireLive The main issue is, there are no dedicated cycle lanes, buses will veer into the other lane to avoid cyclists. They should have just implemented cycle lanes. The buses have to cross out of their bus lanes to get to the park and rides anyway!!

@CheshireLive Who ever is planning our roads in Chester is an absolute idiot. Bus lanes put just passed the Countess too. They managed to jam up town a few weeks ago, when they let pepper Street become a one way system at the same time Nicholas Street is down to one lane. Idiots!
