🚨 Leandro Trossard on his emotional Arsenal departure. ❤️
“I feel so sad about leaving because this club has been everything to me.”
“This is probably the hardest decision I’ve made in my career. It wasn’t easy to say yes, but I also feel it’s the right time to begin a new chapter.”
“One of the reasons I chose Beşiktaş over some clubs in England is because I didn’t want to be playing against Arsenal. This club means too much to me, and I didn’t want to find myself on the opposite side.”
“No matter where my career takes me, a part of me will always belong to Arsenal. I’ll always be grateful to the fans, my teammates, the manager and everyone at the club.”
“The thing I’m most proud of is that I was able to win the Premier League with Arsenal. That’s a memory I’ll carry with me forever, and nobody can ever take it away.” ❤️🤍

Julian Alvarez
- From my last update, every single point still remains true
- Arteta sees Julian as a major marquee transformational signing
- There are direct fresh contacts between the ownership at Arsenal and Atleti regarding a possible transfer. There is still a gap in the valuation of the Argentine. Story with @LucaBendoni
- Again, respect to every journalist and their work, but I remain adamant that the player is open to a move to North London IF his dream move to Barca fails
- Atleti remain adamant they will not sell to Barca but my understanding is Barca will engage in talks for one final attempt post World Cup.
- A deal remains difficult but it has not deterred Arsenal from trying to position themselves for an opportunity to sign a top tier forward should Atleti sanction a sale.
- Berta is currently in the capital of Madrid with his family. One source said he has also taken the opportunity to meet with Atleti officials directly but I am waiting on further confirmation on this.
Bruno G
- My understanding is club to club talks have NOT taken place except a phone call from Newcastle asking Arsenal about their stance, which didn’t clarify anything between the parties.
- Berta is still wanting Kia to handle all the negotiations until / if a fair valuation can be reached between BOTH parties.
- Newcastle are aiming to secure a fee within the £80-£85m range as a minimum
- Bruno is fully sold on the project and is awaiting his agents and Kia to handle the situation respectfully.
Rogers
- Currently I am not obliged to update on this current file, when I can I will be sure to explain things in detail.
- People at Arsenal maintain he is the top target for the winger / central attacker role
- For now, all I can say is Spurs showed some interest but as of today Morgan’s focus is Arsenal if a deal can be agreed
Others
- I saw reports about the UAE interest in Norgaard, my understanding is that the player wants to stay in London for at least another year if he is able to.
- I also asked contacts at Fenerebace about Jesus who say currently there is no major interest as of TODAY.
- People around the Tzolis deal on both sides expect it to progress soon.
Olise - 6 matches, 6 starts, 5 assists.
Saka - 5 matches, 2 starts, 3 assists.
One is playing with the best attack in International football history while the other is playing with one working leg.
France has also won 5 games in a row, not a single controversy about fairness. EVERY Argentina’s game has ended with one controversy or the other. It’s not a coincidence
To understand the hate for Cristiano Ronaldo, you have to understand how people relate to athletes and celebrities.
A lot of people live vicariously through them. They project their own hopes, insecurities, and identity onto public figures.
And in Ronaldo, people see everything they wish they could be but know they’ll never be.
Natural gifts: height, athleticism, looks.
Earned traits: obsessive work ethic, confidence, discipline.
That combination is almost unattainable. And it’s uncomfortable to look at.
This was never really about football. Objectively, a prime Ronaldo had everything a forward should have, and more. He was power, pace, technique, aerial ability, both feet, and a mentality built for big moments. He was several of today’s elite forwards combined into one.
The hate isn’t about goals or trophies. Ronaldo is a mirror. And for people who feel weak, lazy, or stuck, that mirror shows them exactly what greatness costs.
Denzel Washington was right, always be thankful for the bad things in life. They open your eyes to see the good things you weren't paying attention to before.
As a man,
When you finally get your own apartment,
Kindly entertain the possibility that a friend may need to squat with you for a few days, weeks, or even months.
When that happens, give that guest or friend of yours the best hospitality you can afford.
There will be days you'll miss your privacy, but never give your friend an attitude or make him feel like an unwanted guest.
No temporary inconvenience is worth sacrificing a genuine friendship.
Most times, squatting is only temporary, and it may be one of the few moments in life when your friend truly needs you.
There will be frustrating days, but never fall into the temptation of talking down to your friend or making him feel like a burden.
Never deny a man a space to rest his head.
Today it's him. Tomorrow it could be you.
Be kind.
So you’re telling me Spain, France, Germany, Portugal, Brazil, Belgium, England and Netherlands all stuck on one side of the bracket…
The other side?
Argentina, Australia, Cape Verde, Egypt.
The script isn’t even trying to hide anymore
