Best advice I have seen is from the collector's point of view, where you're buying for aesthetic appreciation and to display. There's plenty of other markets if you want to solely speculate with more tractable risk profiles.

Seeing lot's of concern regarding #NFT valuations and sale prices. Really looking like a long-term bear market for most, a la 2018-2020 crypto.

People apparently didn't realize they will face serious liquidity issues, frequently without any bid at all.

Investors/speculators must accept a 3-5+ year hold, with potential for completely principal loss. It's not your average utility/governance token or shitcoin and the artists/minters owe you *nothing*.
