🛑🇧🇫- Captain Ibrahim Traore on why the government wants to control the flow of international students.
He said they are currently counting the number of Burkinabè students who are studying overseas. Out of 1000 students in Saudi Arabia 🇸🇦, over 800 of them left the country without the government knowing.
Our embassy over there has no record of them. And guess what those 800 people are studying? Charia law and Islamic laws and none of them is learning a trade.
So, he asked: where are they intending to apply those laws? In Burkina Faso 🇧🇫? Not here. Captain said he is going to bring them back home, and if they refuse, then they are no longer Burkinabè.
Will your country ever address this? Radical islam is a cancer that needs to be addressed. If we pretend as if it’s not a threat to Africa, we are just fooling ourselves. Terrorism started with them. Remember, the imperialists are always using religion and ethnicism to divide Africans.
Theft & manipulation of human capital;
The colonialism lingering to date, wouldn't have been possible if Africans hadn't shared vast intellectual wealth & extended Ubuntu to yt interloping parasites.
Aggressive informational warfare must be waged by those of us holding the fort.
Dear @mehdirhasan
This lying double-mouthed dishonest aide called Daniel Bwala that you publicly exposed his hypocrisy to the world a few months ago, now claims Al Jazeera “apologised” to him over your interview with him.
Please is this claim true?
And if true, what exactly did Al Jazeera apologise to him for?
Dear Nigerians,
Pls retweet until @mehdirhasan sees this and publicly responds to clear the air.
@SavvyRinu Honestly, I think the school is the one being unreasonable. Why isn’t "must be Christian" one of their entry requirements?
Look, I’ve lived in the North and been around Muslims long enough to know that you don’t get into an Islamic school if you’re not Muslim. Period !!!
There is no greater "tithing" like the money you give to your parents, siblings, friends or strangers.
And you certainly do not need your pastor or church to do that on your behalf.
If you're married with kids, what you spend on them is your tithe.
Leave scammers.
End.
I got a call from JAMB this morning with the wonderful news that Okeke Chinedu Christian has been awarded the ₦5 million Star Prize by Rite Foods as the overall best candidate in the 2025 JAMB examination.
You remember how we fought for this young man. Today, victory is finally his.
Education is gradually getting the recognition and rewards it deserves.
For the record, people from countries that have never had a successful modern revolution need to learn to sit down and shut up more often when those with actual revolutions in progress are going about their business.
If Burkina Faso is receiving criticism from Chinese, Vietnamese, Russian, Cuban, North Korean or Iranian sources, such criticism can be taken seriously and acted on. The source makes the critique valid because they've actually been there and done that.
But if the criticism is coming from our chronically online brethren in White-istan, their cousins in Epstein-istan, and their eternally hapless southern vassals in Arab-istan and Afristan, it has all the value of a Child Rights bill sponsored by Ghislaine Maxwell.
If you haven't figured out how to stop your own taxes from being directly used to fund the wholesale murder of Sahelian villagers, Congolese shopkeepers, Iranian schoolchildren and Palestinian olive farmers; if your own government has revealed that it is controlled by a network of rich White-istanis who eat cute little white girls with pigtails and call their meat "jerky" and you did absolutely nothing about it except make upper case tweets with lots of exclamation marks, your opinions about Ibrahim Traoré, Burkina Faso, the Sahelian Alliance, or any other anti-imperial project are completely worthless and nobody needs them.
That Palestine flag on your Twitter display name has zero revolutionary value and nothing you say has any value. At best, you're a cheerleader and nothing more. So stay on the sidelines, wave your internet pom-poms and learn to shut the fuck up while the actual players on the field get things done.
Rant over.
@AsakyGRN I think that you do not have a case If while you were being documented by the HR you have filled/checked Islam/Christianity as your religion in any of the forms you completed.
In April 2026, these 3 girls - Chimfumnanya Stephanie Aghaduno, Abasiofon Otobong Sampson, and Damaris Oluwasemilore Oyerinde - represented Nigeria at the European Girls’ Mathematical Olympiad (EGMO) in Bordeaux, France.
66 countries participated, but unfortunately, Huaijin Lou from China won the gold prize. Our girls will try again next year and this time bring home the gold.
It was fully funded by ex-Olympiads from Special Maths Academy with zero support from the government.
Education needs to regain its place in our society.
BREAKING: Burkina Faso Severs Diplomatic Ties With France
Burkina Faso has officially severed all diplomatic ties with its former coloniser France.
The Burkinabé government announced this in a statement released on June 26, 2026, citing France’s repeated attempts to destabilize the country.
Since cutting military and political ties with France in 2022, under the revolutionary leadership of Captain Ibrahim Traoré, Burkina Faso has seen rapid social, political and economic progress.
This latest move by the Burkinabé government stands as the latest reminder to the world that the days of the West interfering in Burkina Faso’s affairs are over.
Next week, I will be taking 3 students and 2 teachers to Rome, Italy, all expenses paid by me.
All visas have been issued and all arrangements have been sorted.
The students will represent Nigeria in the Maths and Science categories of the International STEM Olympiad.
They will compete alongside 154 other countries.
The students who won the 2026 South East Maths Olympiad and the teachers who supported them are going. Both the teachers and the students will experience growth together.
I will continue to push our bright minds to global stages.
In 10 years, I pray you will be alive to see the outcome of our investments in our children today.
