My Daikin AC is under warranty and the indoor PCB fault has already been confirmed by the service engineer.
Today, a conference call was arranged involving Daikin representatives, the service center, and myself. During the call, I was assured that the required PCB

was available and that the replacement would be completed by 5:30 PM.However, the work was not completed. What is even more concerning is that the service center indicated that they would not act merely on instructions given during the conference call and would carry out the work
