A white hispanic man named Eliel Argudo Tenorio, has been charged with first-degree murder following a completely random, unprovoked shooting of a Black man near Chicago's Grant Park.

2023: Alec Adamson (Prosper, TX) shoots & kills a Black student, leads police on car chase + foot pursuit.
Sentence: 4 years. Served: 2.

2025: Karmelo (Frisco, TX) gets jumped by white students, defends himself with a knife.
Sentence: 35 years.

Tell me this isn’t two-tiered justice.

Daniel Penny snuck up behind an innocent Black man who never touched anyone, and choked him to death while claiming self defense. This happened in New York that has some of the strictest self-defense laws and a duty to retreat. Penny was still acquitted & paraded around like a hero. Karmelo defended himself from a physical assault in Texas-a state with the most expansive Stand Your Ground laws, with NO duty to retreat. And he gets a murder conviction.

The only difference in these cases is the enforcement is governed by systemic white supremacy

On February 3, 2023, Two white Prosper ISD students ( Alec Ray Adamson 17 years, Mason Enslow Schiller 18 years ) fatally shot a black 19 year old David Noel Pleasant at a playground in Little Elm, Texas.

As Pleasant exited a car attempting to run away from these two white supremacist. Adamson got out of the vehicle and shot Pleasant in the back of the head.

They later sped away and took police on a chase, crashed the vehicle, then fled on a foot pursuit.

Both charged with First Degree Murder, Schiller testified against Alec saying they went to sell Pleasant weed and didn’t believe his friend Alec’s shooting was justified.

Schiller received NO prison time.

Verdict: In September 2025, Jury convicted Alec Adamson of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon rather than murder, sentencing him to 4 years in prison. Since the crime happened in 2023, he was immediately paroled. 😡

KARMELO IN FRISCO, TX just received 35 years for defending himself. 💔

We have to remember there was written laws (The Virginia Slave Code of 1680, South Carolina Negro Act of 1740, Massachusetts Law of 1708, Louisiana Territorial Code Noir of 1806, etc) that explicitly stated that BLACK PEOPLE could not defend themselves against white aggressors under any circumstance. The spirit of those laws exist today, this is the REAL reason today's white supremacists are saying self defense laws don't apply to Karmelo Anthony

Why didn't Austin Metcalf simply leave Karmelo Anthony alone, when Karmelo repeatedly let Austin know he didn't want any problems?

According to more testimony, Austin allegedly threatened Karmelo by saying something about wanting to "beat his ass"..

So this further shows Austin Metcalf was the verbal aggressor and PHYSICAL aggressor in the entire altercation.

Karmelo is 100% innocent

According to witness testimony, one of Austin Metcalf's teammates Eddie Parra knew Karmelo and INVITED Karmelo over to the tent. Eddie even confirmed in his testimony he knew Karmelo & dapped him up when Karmelo came to the tent. So that destroys the prosecution's "hostile stranger" lie they are trying to pin on Karmelo

White supremacists regurgitating the 'he was told to leave 15 times' excuse are deliberately ignoring Texas law. An innocent person has absolutely zero duty to retreat from a hostile aggressor. Karmelo’s actions were lawful self-defense—the law proves he is innocent.
