Today is a struggle day.. a procrastination day.. a day of not doing things to sort myself out for things I do want to do.
(A walk, a trip away)
I do not like it.
I have however.. done a small amount of kitchen sorting and porch gardening..

Does anyone else think dentists actually do more damage to your teeth & create work for themselves, to earning more money!
The last 2 times I went, she said about filling a tiny worn away patch on one of my teeth, but I said No. today she 'deep cleaned' them & now it's a hole!
