@RoyalMail I've been red carded but the reference number is undecipherable so I can't pop it into the tracker on the app 😕 any suggestions as I'm not sure what parcel it's supposed to be
@StarlingBank It's seriously getting an issue now, to the point I'm considering closing my account. Scammers with my full card details, address and access to send a notification from the app is way too scary!
@StarlingBank What is it with all the scammy phone calls? 4 in a space of 2 weeks!! I've had enough, they have every single detail of mine, without me giving them out!

@BNBuzz Received my parcel water damaged... How do I sort it out? I'm based in the UK and used @stackry This is an expensive parcel (2 x books + forwarding shipping) so I'm hoping to sort it... Even replacement dust jackets would be better than nothing
@ZombieRodeo@Kaveman31@The_Oodie@6pm It does feel like a scam you're right. I actually have the Otter Oodie so it's not a case of sour grapes. I just expect more from a big company especially if you have it in your basket, that should be secure especially when the checkout is queuing.
@The_Oodie The £1 sale was disappointing. Was on the site at 6pm and at checkout.. Waiting for the checkout queue I was put in and at 6.03pm was told sold out😭
@The_Oodie If that was the case then I should have got through to payment. I was on the site and checkout at 6pm and the checkout said less than 1 minute to wait 6:03pm is when I was told it was sold out. The queue for the checkout was obviously flawed.
@TheRangeUK I bought the ombre paper cutting set today from the Skipton store... Do you guys remove the craft knife from these sets as I don't have it included. Tried phoning store but no answer

Trying to rearrange a parcel as I've been red carded and the website tells me 'there's a problem try again later'
@O2 Is there a reason I can't access anything regarding my account on the app/website? I'm wanting to remove an extra on my account but can't access anything to do so.
@RoyalMailHelp I missed a parcel yesterday and the red card said they'd try again today. Waited in all day and the post person hasn't tried again. How on earth do I get my missed parcel... I assume it's a parcel as they only filled in my name, time and date.
