@pandocruises needs to respond to my complaint ASAP. I paid over £6k for a suite that was filthy—toilet still had the previous guest’s excrement. Hygiene on board is nonexistent. I got sick. Their response? A restaurant voucher. Disgraceful. Never cruising again. #CruiseFail
