@DeliverooHelp @StarbucksUK @Deliveroo On a list of issues about the coffee the temperature is the lowest complaint. The 3 hours delivery and having to order 3 times and pay twice... they are my issues. The ones that you cant blame on someone else and seem to lack empathy and ownership.

1st delivery didn't turn up.
Order was redelivered... and missing coffee.
The missing coffee was refunded, meaning to get my coffee I had to pay for redelivery.
Customer service attitude was very much "well that's all we can do"
