Anyone can claim to be a fan. Whether this individual was genuinely a fan or simply someone posing as one to manipulate public perception, sow division, and deliberately destroy the trust between the artist and his fanbase, such actions are entirely unacceptable.

We urge law enforcement to thoroughly examine the complete, underlying context behind everything that transpired—to determine whether this incident was genuine or a staged attempt at sabotage—including the precise timeline of events, how these specialized eavesdropping devices were acquired, and whether any accomplices or instigators were involved. We also strongly question how and why details of this sensitive ongoing investigation were leaked to the media, raising further concerns about the motives and handling surrounding this case.

Furthermore, we express our deep concern and outrage over the complete lack of response and inaction from his management agency, Fantagio. This agency has proven time and again that it is entirely untrustworthy. Their failure to issue a statement or take immediate, proactive measures to safeguard their artist once again reinforces just how unreliable they are, leaving Cha Eunwoo exposed and forcing the fandom to step up and demand justice in his place.

Given the severity of this direct invasion of privacy and potential malicious intent, we ask the authorities to handle this matter with the utmost gravity, pursue all appropriate legal remedies without leniency, and ensure that all responsible parties are held fully accountable.

We will continue to closely monitor the progress of the official police investigation and advocate for the protection, safety, and rights of Cha Eunwoo.
