@RoyalCaribbean @RoyalCaribbean Myself & party of 3 spent the first two days searching for my luggage and missed out on excursions because Royal Caribbean failed to take the matter seriously. I wasn’t able to have change and be comfortable. I was inconvenienced!

@RoyalCaribbean staff lost my luggage. They were negligent with my bags, I was absolutely nothing but patient. Only to call back and tell me they are only compensating a 10% future cruise credit. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. I spent thousands of dollars for this trip🤬🤬🤬
