@Devroc @CA_EDD How is that even acceptable?! Does that mean that they don’t plan on fixing the issue before the time it takes to get to you in the mail and the time it’ll take to mail back, by that time it’ll be time to certify again for another two weeks! Unacceptable!

@LaSanaya @wannabeanonyme @CA_EDD Same, I’ve tried two different phones, tried requesting desk top on the websites, tried a laptop, tried safari and chrome, tried to telecert, I was able to talk to someone today but all they said was “should be fixed by today” absolutely ridiculous

@JGuzman1989 @CA_EDD I tried to make a new account and it told me that I couldn’t move forward since the information I entered was not the same I registered with. At this point I’m just verifying my email every minute till I get in, literally every minute.

@CA_EDD Read the room. Everyone is asking for something other than “wait till it’s fixed” or “we’re expecting higher than usual call volume” and you post that it’s effective communication month? How have you been effectively communicating??

@K_ash @CA_EDD I was told that it would still take till possibly Wednesday to fix the website, then payment would be issued 24-48 hours after. Which is great cause it’s not like anyone needs the money to pay bills or for food or anything, right?

@CA_EDD Just spoke with someone and they basically just said to wait. Worst part is that they said it probably won’t get fixed till Tuesday or Wednesday and that payment won’t be issued for 24-48 hours… mean while I’m over here trying to buy groceries.

@IAMCREEPSONE_ Yeah that’s how sharks attack. They bite, let the victim bleed out then come back for an easy meal. Most people can survive a shark attack if they get treated quickly enough.
