-Remove shoes & wear sandals
-Clean gear after every use
-Short nails, hang dry gis
-Clean body, remove jewelry
-Stay home if sick
-Bandage cuts, no food/gum on mats
-Alert if blood on mats
-Call 911 for emergencies
