@SunLifeUK After numerous emails my mum is getting no where with a claim for the Death of my Dad 6 months ago. No one answers the phones. Generic emails very time. No indication to when the claim will be sorted. Very frustrating. Unnecessary stress.

@SunLife @SunLifeUK Sunlife of Canada UK office. The claim is in hand but my mum doesn't seem to be getting updates when she's requesting them via email. Just a generic email saying you are experiencing disruption to your service due to a new administration system. 5mths of frustration.

@SunLife why is it taking so long for someone to reply to my mums emails after my Dads passing 6months ago. It's hard enough trying to grieve without having the stress of trying to get his life insurance!
