Sex education doesn't encourage kids to have sex.

It teaches them: Consent, Boundaries, How STIs are transmitted, How to protect themselves, When and where to seek help.

Information doesn't corrupt children. Ignorance does.

I agree with the first part—that we should not only take prevention measures—but we should also know what all the options are.

Condom use, PrEP use, DoxyPEP use, and vaccinations that can protect against STDs like HBV, HPV, meningitis, and mpox, should also be considered.

The thing is, we all express our sexuality differently, and there are venues where sex happens and talking does not. If you always disscuss HIV status and prevention options, good for you. If you don’t, you shouldn’t be shamed.

I also beleive that prevention messaging should be status neutral, and should involve some personal responsibility so that HIV-negative folks aren’t adopting prevention measures that are relient on a positive person disclosing. It may not happen due to HIV stigma.

U=U means positive people are taking measures to protect themselves and their partners, in the same way PrEP or condoms stop transmission.

Yes, test on a regular basis. If the test is negative, take the pill with two drugs, if it’s reactive, take the pill with three. That’s status neutral.

It can hurt to read prevention messages that seems to target HIV-negative people only, and ignores a significant part of our community that are already living with the virus ❤️

3. Palaging may doctor. Either in-clinic or teleconsultation. Clinic tayo. Kaya dapat may doctor.

4. Maximized PhilHealth OHAT. Lahat ito ay libre: all laboratory tests including CD4 and viral load. Libre STI yearly monitoring for pur PLHIV. Libre pati xray. Libre din ang vaccines - flu, pneumococcal, hep B and HPV. Libre din door-to-door ARV delivery nationwide.

Ang maganda kung wala kang pam PhilHealth, kami na ang nagbabayad o gumagawa ng paraan nito. Dahil important smin health mo.

5. We can cater to provincial clients, OFW or seafarers. Our medical team ensures na tutulungan namin kayo.

6. Kung physically disabled ka, we do Home Health. Our doctor, nurse, CM will go to your house to provide service. Libre din ito.

7. For children with HIV, dahil walang pedia meds ang DOH, our pharmacist will do paper tabbing for pedia meds. Libre din ito.

8. Partner natin ang DSWD. Every quarter may payout sa MHC.

9. Madali ang pagbibogay ng medical certifical for SSS disability dahil palaging may doctor. Itaon mo sa annual baseline tests mo ang CD4 at VL test mo para madali ang processing.

10. Lahat ng lab results mo ay di mo na babalikan para kunin. Within 24 hrs lalabas sa email mo ang result. May kopya ka at matatanggap mo kaagad.
