So much disorganization and scam at @TanSonNhat . 1h15mn queue at immigration at 1am on Sunday night, then an OFFICIAL taxi asking for 850kvnd for a one-way ride to Binh Thanh!! Refused the meter. After arguing, came back to arrival stand and had to change to another taxi!
