As we march towards #Devolution public finance management has to be strengthened at local level. That can only happen when citizens have the agency to demand transparency and #AccountabilityZW and Auditor General's reports are key in pushing for #SystemsChange at local level.

3. Most Ministries were not acting on previous Auditor General's recommendations. 174 of the 356 recommendations from the previous audits were not implemented translating to 49% of recommendations disregarded. We demand #AccountabilityZW

2. The @official_MOEPD continued to process process payments to suppliers of goods and services on behalf of the Ministries leading disputation on figures which creates loopholes for fraud. We demand #AccountabilityZW nothing else.

Major findings in the 2019 OAG reports include:
1. Unauthorised excess expenditure which was not approved by parliamentary, this was not the first time, the @official_MOEPD continued to disrespect @ParliamentZim by using funds without seeking parly approval.
