5) It's okay to not be okay.
This one sounds kind of silly to people who've been emotionally repressed for years or decades but communication is a huge tool that can overcome many obstacles.
Crowds, chaos, and radical change could trigger anxieties your loved one didn't even know they had. Start with small stuff and work up, there's no rush. After all, they aren't going anywhere. Right?
1) Escape competition through authenticity.
Would republishing the Iliad under your name make you Homer? Hell no! You have to maximize the thing that makes you different.
Then they laugh at you.
As soon as your masterwork has grown the ability to be seen by others you will find that for every one who encourages you there will be three people who shrug you off with "It will never work.", "That's stupid.", " Why are you doing that?".
