Your tech team, back-office and case management just go back and forth with opening multiple tickets. You have wasted my 5 hours of valuable time on hold. Do you even plan to resolve the issue? Do you take your customers seriously? @SamsungUS

I got my washer dryer delivered on 22nd Jan and installed on 28th. I realized they aren't working and raised tt with Samsung. Your customer service is ridiculous. It's already march 2nd and I haven't been able to use my washer/dryer. @SamsungUS

@goibibo @goibibo I checked with Etihad they haven't received any confirmation from goibibo. Give me an ETA on the resolution.
