@EmiratesSupport Hey Emirates, My Parents denied boarding at AMD airport due to glitch on CoWIN certificates though they had valid receipts from both vaccine doses. I thought, can reschedule without any charge due to Covid (like other Airlines) but your team asking Rs. 17,000

Even United States has issued hand written certificates to their Citizens and immigrants however guy was keep saying US will not allowed hand written certificates. So Next step for me is to arrange safe return to my Parents and reschedule tickets
