@Adhrit_Sanatana @yoursnandieni Thanks for posting this. It actually supports my point. The AI summary itself says India's high diabetes rates are strongly driven by heavy carbohydrate intake. My tweet was about the carb-heavy nature of many Indian meals, not vegetarian vs. non-vegetarian diets.
