Pathetic service by Urban Company. Its been over 21 days rhey have not been able to Install Smart Lock Ultra in Mumbai which costed me 22K +. Twice they changed the professional. No customer care number. Just pathetic company pathetic service #Urbancompany

Bluedart prsn came - Akshay, i apprvd on MyGate app but did not come up. Left without delivery wth false update - Custmr not available & door closed. We hv CCTV installed& were at home. Happens all the time with Bluedart at Kanjurmarg W

@HDFC_Bank @HDFCBank_Cares @HDFCCreditCard pls stop using Bluedart. They never deliver and give false update that customer was not available. We hv CCTV and were home when he came thru MyGate app that we approved. Still went away without delivering

Fraudulent practice of Bluedart delivery persons in Bhnadup West, Mumbai. They never show up for delivery and mark as customer not available and house locked without any proof. Everytime this happens with Bluedart even when people are at home.

Pathetic situation here at @Nicco_Park we are stuck at Spider wheel ride no 30 since last 40 mins with kids. The technicians are clueless and unable to do anything. Irony is this is a paid ride, pathetic maintenance.

No calls, no proof, nothing. Horrible and fraudulant practice.

@BlueDart_ @BlueDartCares extremely unprofessional service from Bluedart in Bhandup West, Mumbai. Everytime there is a parcel they lie saying premises locked. Whole day we were at home. No phone call, no intimation. Just fake update and cancelled delivery.
