This is poor customer service in general and not what I’d expect from a reputable national carrier. I am also a one world frequent flyer (silver) and did not feel any benefit or value in this. Will think twice before flying with @British_Airways again.

@British_Airways recently took the BA005 flight to Haneda, Tokyo. Apparently these days airlines oversell flights? Downgraded from premium economy and separated from my wife on our long awaited yearly trip. Continued….

Back to basics with regards to strength and quads training in ACL rehab, the importance of specificity, progressive overload and variation (key!) #isoK23 @footballmed AMI a problem that needs to be overcome early!

Day 2 @footballmed #iosK23, kicking off with groin/pubic pain and when or not to consider conservative and surgical options. Great talk by @JoanneLKemp lots to take away particularly about female athletes and groin related pathology.

Patellofemoral injuries in the young athlete! Commonly seen and a big problem if not dealt with appropriately! MDT approach, when to intervene with surgery and at what threshold. Thought provoking and one that I’ve experienced already! @footballmed #isoK23
