Finally got a response from flipkart 😮‍💨 that they are facing some internal issue that's why they got delayed for 4 months 🫥. now the uninstallation and refund has been processed within 10 days.
Please think before purchasing a bigger appliance from flipkart.
It's a risk.

Absolute fraud by @Flipkart @FlipkartSupport @motorolaindia! 😡 Bought a Motorola TV (Order ID: OD436353449451429100). TV died in 2 weeks. Since then:
❌ 4 Technicians refused to visit or lied about "service"
❌ 5 Escalations ignored.
❌ Claim closed saying "I didn't respond."

@flipkartsupport @Flipkart @motorolaindia didn't resplve my issue... feels very bad on my purchase decision. Even i didn't proper response for my @nch1915 complaint , feeling bad on believing on them too

@kishan_171092 @Flipkart @flipkartsupport @motorolaindia I have already submitted a NCH complaint. No response from the company side, got advice from NCH advisor to wait for the completion of 30 days since submitted. So that i can file a case.
I have already sent a legal notice to both @flipkartsupport and Jeeves.till no response.

@Flipkart @flipkartsupport @motorolaindia Aanchal Jain repeatedly told me to "reach out to the brand," completely ignoring that Motorola’s official site states Flipkart is responsible for sales AND service. Instead of resolving the issue, she was arrogant and intentionally hung up the call to force-close the complaint.

She claims my warranty is void due to "self-installation" without even sending a technician to inspect the product. This violates the Consumer Protection Act 2019!

I am a certified engineer—the TV worked for 2 weeks before the hardware failed. Their own warranty page and Motorola’s official support site prove that @Flipkart is responsible for this.

UPDATE: Received a call from @Flipkart media team. Instead of a solution, the agent was incredibly arrogant. They tried to claim my warranty is void due to self-installation, completely ignoring their own policy which states it is only void IF damage is caused during the process.

every telecom company is shit in one way or other.

And I consider this as pure harrasment.

when my mom sim was in jio as soon as recharge used to end endless calls to recharge it from jio.

But incoming calls was not stopped.

Now i ported to airtel network is good but as soon recharge end they stop incoming.

And there is not even friendly recharges to keep incoming active.

I have to rechrage bare minumum of 199.

@JioCare is your incoming free even if recharge ends?

If you guys promise to not harrass then I will consider switching.

Also what is @TRAI doing in all this?

@Flipkart @flipkartsupport @motorolaindia I’ve requested 5 escalations & 4 senior callbacks. ZERO response. They closed my claim saying I didn’t respond. I have call records of the technician refusing to come! @jagograhakjago I’ve already filed a National Consumer Complaint.
